GC203 TIL Therapy for Ovarian Cancer

Leading the first TIL therapy clinical trial in China specifically targeting gynecologic malignancies. The study evaluates the safety and preliminary efficacy of GC101-based TIL therapy in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer who have progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy.

Leadership

Role at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center

As Director of Gynecologic Oncology at one of China's leading cancer centers, Prof. Wu oversees the largest gynecologic oncology service in the region, managing a high-volume surgical and clinical practice spanning ovarian, cervical, and endometrial cancers.

Research Focus

Prof. Wu's research focuses on improving outcomes for patients with gynecologic malignancies through innovative surgical techniques and novel therapeutic strategies. His group has been instrumental in establishing clinical pathways for cell therapy in ovarian cancer, a disease where effective treatment options after platinum resistance remain extremely limited.
